Betty's Beads Inventory Liquidation

Due to recent changes in the global economy, as well as pressing issues on the homefront, I am unable to sustain business-as-usual via my eBay store, Betty's Beads. The time has come for me to re-prioritze & reorganize eBay's BeadingBetty.

After more than six years on eBay, it is with a heavy heart I make the following official announcement...

Betty's Beads closed today, 4/29/09.

All outstanding orders & refunds will be processed, but no new orders will be accepted.

At this time all product is available for immediate liquidation. In the coming days & weeks, all items will be listed here & updated to reflect current availability. No special orders will be offered, sales are limited to product on-hand.

Shipping fees will remain the same as before. You will find detailed information regarding all fees, for both domestic & international delivery, by viewing my shipping fee chart:

To find detailed product information for any available product listed, search by item # here:

If you are interested in purchasing items, please feel free to contact me.

A "grand reopening" of Betty's Beads will be announced once my situation has stabilized. My apologies for any inconvenience.

Happy needleworking!

New order status system debuts!

Greetings & welcome to BeadingBetty's new blog!

I am excited to introduce this blog as a new way for you to check the status of your orders. No longer will shipping emails be sent; rather you, the client, will be able to see when your order processes and/or ships by visiting http://beadingbetty.blogspot.com/.

The way this new streamlined system will work is:

  • Any email communication sent to a client/buyer will include my blog address with directions to view order updates
  • Daily status updates will be posted (Monday - Friday only)
  • Clients are free to check their order status by simply browsing the daily updates for their user ID (for eBay clients), or for the last name (for all other clients).

I'm sure you'll appreciate the real-time updates, as well as the personalized attention to your individual needs, as we all become accustomed to the new system. And as always, I welcome your suggestions. :)

Happy needleworking!
